Do you accept returns?
We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately via email to admin@saffrosol.com based on your eligibility for the following:
Change of mind:
1. You changed your mind within 30 days from the date of purchase and wish to request a return.
Damaged product during transit:
2. Your product was damaged during transit. You must notify us right away via email to admin@saffrosol.com
Warranty claim - Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser:
3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser product you have purchased. Review the Warranty - Ultrasonic Aroma Diffusers link under the Policies heading.
This policy applies in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders are dispatched with trackable delivery from Australian warehouses within 1 - 2 business days. All standard national deliveries are expected to be delivered within: (3 to 8 business days VIC) (5 to 10 business days NSW, SA, ACT & QLD) (7 to 14 business days WA, NT & TAS) except for holidays such as Christmas and New Year's.
International deliveries to the USA are expected to be delivered within 21 business days; however, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this time may vary. Canada and European countries can expect four weeks for delivery.
Will I receive shipping tracking info?
Absolutely! You will receive an email with the shipping tracking numbers the moment your order ships. Please note your tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to become available on the courier's website.
Did you order multiple items? To ensure faster delivery, if you ordered more than one item, you may receive different tracking numbers as your items may be dispatched from different warehouses. Your order may not all be dispatched together and you may receive multiple deliveries at no additional cost to you.
Do you have a physical shopfront location?
Currently we only offer products for sale through our website. Saffrosol is a 100% Australian e-commerce business with warehouse locations within Queensland and Victoria, Australia. All our products are warehoused and shipped from Australia.
Are the Ultrasonic Aroma Diffusers covered by warranty?
Yes all our diffusers are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. More is covered in the Policies tab under WARRANTY - ULTRASONIC AROMA DIFFUSERS.
